    It’s scary to think how much power is in how many people’s hands. How biased evaluations of products and services, and one odd bad experience can put off so many other people.

    That being said, social media is definitely not a fad. One may not like it, but it is and will be, in the future, a force to reckon. It reminds me sadly of Rakhi Sawant. Social media, in the wrong hands, can be as vulgar and mass-appealing as she is, but love her or hate her, you cannot deny her presence.
